When you use DialDynamics, we collect: your name and email (if you sign up), the content of your practice calls (transcripts), your scores and feedback, and usage data such as which features you use and how often.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate your scores and feedback, communicate with you about your account, and send you updates about DialDynamics (which you can opt out of at any time).

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We don't share your call transcripts with other users. We don't use your data for advertising.

Data security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. AI call transcripts are stored and may be used to improve our models — but never in a way that identifies you personally.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to correct any inaccuracies.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — primarily for authentication and session management. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
