Acceptance of terms
By using DialDynamics, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Who can use DialDynamics
You must be 18 years or older to use DialDynamics. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.
The toolkit and payments
The DialDynamics Sales Toolkit is sold as a one-time payment of $47 USD. This grants you lifetime access to the toolkit contents listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for future customers.
AI simulator and call data
The AI Sales Simulator uses your call inputs to generate responses. Transcripts may be stored and used to improve our AI models. They are never shared in a way that identifies you personally.
Intellectual property
The toolkit contents, scripts, frameworks, and all content on DialDynamics are owned by DialDynamics. You may use them for personal sales practice. Redistribution, resale, or commercial reproduction of the toolkit contents without written permission is prohibited.
No warranty
DialDynamics is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific results from using the toolkit or simulator. Sales performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
DialDynamics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the toolkit.
